On the mend, pushing myself as booked MOT for Tuesday :shock:

First one is the repaired arm.
Made a mess of getting rubber in but was told by VW repair shop it would be fine.
Took it straight to MOT garage (as is) they agreed :ok
So began to reassemble.

Looks great. It’s a job I have to do and dreading doing it in case of trailing arms rotten (don’t look it mind).

Love the bush thingy-me-bob! I need one of those.

I have bought these( before I was told mine were ok) just incase my attemt at bushes failed.Image
I came across them at Brickwerks while looking at powerflex products.
They aren't mentioned in their 'T3 suspension' section :wink:
They cost more than the original bushes but look easier to install.

Passed MOT yesterday :ok
Did fail Thursday as in such a rush to get arches, arms and brakes done i missed two holes on jacking points. :oops:
