Sliding door alignment

Hi there. Is there any way to adjust the gaps either side of the sliding doors? One side is way close to the front of the van. So it'd leaving a gaping hole at the rear of the door...I've attached a photo to show.

first, are the gaps parallel irrespective of the differences between them them ?
can you take a picky of the latching area on the C post and same on the B post

fine but parallel means to the millimeter and there are reasons i need these picks

Got some pics.. just waiting for photobucket to come back measured as well.. it's the same bar at the very bottom where it's slightly larger.. I'm worried it's a dodgy repair quarter...

good ,now the door ones of it shut as requested above and while your at it, open the door about a foot and tell me roughly how much you can lift the door, then open nearly fully and repeat,

Also the door travels say 10 mm? A foot open and almost open a tiny bit more..

yes from the outside, i need to see the gaps and alignment with the swages one pick of each end and then its awkward but say three of each end from top to bottom, this will show me whats happening
so you can lift the rear of the door about 10mm up ?
also is the centre runner assembly smooth and no slop in it

Yeah I'd say about 10 mm.. it's fairly smooth operating.

Have a look at the front end of the (outside) waist level track. You may need to remove the cover panel to see clearly.

There should be a plastic 'buffer' piece in the end of the track where the top rollers rotate inwards to close the back of the door onto the latch. If this is missing, the mid level roller/latch will move too far forward, taking the door with it.

E D I T - in your 4th photo, between the door seal and the cover panel (at the level where the hedge forms a green background) you can just see the slot for the buffer. Can't tell whether or not it is empty, though.
