So, I’ve had an ongoing rattle coming from underneath the drivers seat, as though the bumper or spare wheel holder were loose. Everything is solid and all bushes look good. I finally got around to rigging the gopro to record what was going on. If you turn up the volume you can hear the pesky rattle in sync with the top of the shock.
It has been suggested that as I have lift springs fitted the shock itself might be overly extended on the rebound pulling the top of the shock down
What are peoples views as to what this might be? Thanks as always, Dan.

The top nut. Gave it a quarter turn and it's all ok now.
