Always check the WIKI before asking - lots of info in there, above and beyond most manuals.

Re: Gearbox Oil Change
Thanks for the link but as some have said
the Wiki pages are that great.
Nothing like a warm feeling/response when visiting forums, just make me want to come back time and time again

Just a bit of banter
There is always the facebook page if you like the fluffy warm feeling ( so I'm told), or the Brickyard... oh yes I see you just asked the same question there as well.... Don't spill it on the drive

Or drive over the container like I did when I backed out for a test drive.

Good point about lack of info on headlight adjustment. I'm sure I could fill that page as I've written enough on it.
Could do with some photos of square headlight adjustment screws if anyone has any or could take some?

Re: Gearbox Oil Change
Haha, that's funny! Kind of reminds me of when I treated my new (to me) Pug 309 GTi to some high grade Castrol Magnatec. As I was pouring it in the engine I wondered where the big puddle on the floor was coming from. Until I realised the sump plug was still in my back pocket.

Yes pretty sure thats covered in Wiki and also 10 times in the tech archive.
Just make sure you loosen the filler/level plug before draining the oil.
