Front screen washer jets mystery

Hm, just a thought after re-reading all of this thread, are you looking at the washer tank at the front of the van or are you looking in the engine compartment?
The washer reservoir is under the rubber mat in the footwell on the NS of the van, passengers footwell of a RHD van.

I delved around in the back and had a poke about with the water tank. There's a rubber pipe connecting to the side which goes off to another small tank

which are the coolant tanks
Woodyyellow is right, your looking in the wrong place

The rear washer bottle is in the back though - in the offside panel on mine.
