Have you got your lights switched on at the same time?

Nope no relay (not on mine anyway) the fuse on mine is in an auxillary position on the top edge of the fuse box. My rear fog lights were not working and I traced it to the relevant fuse by following the grey/white wire in the loom to the fuse box.

There will only be a relay if you have/had front fogs fitted but that's not the norm. Relay position 7 if you do have one; some people use this relay position for a retro fit headlight warning buzzer mod' I believe.

Sounds exactly the same as my problem. Going to try and crack it on Friday as my mot is up at the end of the month.

Fixed it today. took a lot of tracking down. On the diagram molded on the fuse box cover the fuse for the fog light is 6th from the left....... This being the ones all along the bottom. No it isn,t! It was actually at the top of the fuse board on the left. The ones that can be clipped on and off. The fault was the terminal spade in the fuse holder. All good now cheers. :ok
