Holdsworth Pop Top

Post by SteveW »

Hi all. I am thinking of getting a Holdsworth Pop Top for my Bertha Bus. What I need to know is how are they fitted? I will have to remove the roof from a doner a fair distance away. What tools will I need and what pit falls lie ahead? Also any idea what the going rate is for a dirty but working Holdsworth roof.

Thanks Steve

look for a devon roof instead, but if your set on the holdworth, for the removal, lots of blades and a stanley knife, drill and drill bits various sizes, screwdrivers, and a load of mates to lift cos it's damn heavey!!! cut the seal around the outside undo any fixings, drill any rivets out., fitting is the reversal of removal!! good luck![/img]
