Up to 3600 I believe.

I normally sit between 65-70MPH 3000 -3250 with the gearing I had. Seems happy.

New gearing will achieve 70MPH at 2950.

Usual rule of thumb is wherever the redline starts on the donor instrument pack, it's still safe all day up to that point. Most diesels won't burn fuel efficiently over 4500 rpm (the burn rate is too slow, so it's just going down the exhaust) the odd Luton 1.9 will run to 5k but it's just caning the motor for no benefit and irrelevant to this discussion.
