Recommended turbo specialists in South Yorkshire?

Evening all.
I'm getting engine oil dripping from the joint between the downpipe and silencer on my recently installed 1.9td. I will be conducting a compression test to eliminate blow by crankcase pressure, but I think that the new oil pump is giving my original KKK K14 turbo more oil than it can cope with. It is'nt burning oil so I reckon it's worn seals in the turbo exposed by the good pump.
So can anyone can recommend a turbo shop to swap the seals please.
