
You want to get some clean rags in all those holes including carb, stray washers and screws in some on them could be terminal.

You would have had to remove gudgeons to replace the lower barrel seal anyway, it's the damage to the rings thats the potential problem, if you need new then barrels need to be honed.ceetee25 wrote: Now I have to do the gudgeon pin removal pantomime!!
