Cost £30 a wheel for blast and powder coat. Well worth it i think.

The standard wheels sand blasted and powered coated look really nice, very clean :ok

I've been playing with the idea of doing the exact same as my tires need replacing and it would be the perfect time to get it done.
The alloys you took off- are they just normal tires you have on them?
What was the load rating on those tires?

Yeah they were normal tyres with 88 load rating. Way too low.
I put 185/14 van wheels back on with 102 load rating and the ride is loads better.
