Look,stick up some clear pickies of the area then correct advice can be given ,don't bother with acids and the like they will not in the concentrations you may be able to source do any good ,then you also have the problem of neutralizing and washing off ,water will also wreak further havoc with the unaccessible areas , there are no shorcuts to the job , so up with the pickies
