i got a set of golf gti wheels off a bloke i know.i rang machine 7 and got the 5x112 to 5x100 spacers.thing is ive just tryed to put them on and they wont flipin go on.it seems the hole in the middle of the spacer isnt big enough on the front and although the back ones fit slightly better they wont sit flush to the break shoe cover.
is this me being a mupet and im missing somthing or are they the wrong ones?
advice would be great.

They will be designed for Passats, Audis etc which have a smaller centrebore on the wheels.
Rears should go on if the 2 bolts holding the drum in place are removed though.
unless they are mercedes ones.
Are they advertised as being suitable for T3s?
Depending onhow badly you want to fit these wheels, you will be able to get the centrebore machined out for next to nothing by a local machine shop
