Fuel tank breather pipe broken

Post by shaky »

Putting the fuel tank back in today and one of the breather pipes snagged and snapped off!

Quite a lot of swearing and cursing. Replacing the tank on my own is one pig of a job that I hate....

Have any of you been in the same position?

Any suggestions on what I do now to repair the pipe would be welcomed. (Sorry about the poor quality picture).

Thanks,
