Leisure batteries

Post by dcworm57 »

I’m looking for 2 x 100ah leisure batteries to fit in the front seats , I can’t find any. What is everyone using under seats , I’ve got Lead acid in the westy which is fine . I’m starting from scratch in the syncro so going to go lithium for more time off grid ( don’t want to fit solar aswell ) any suggestions?

I have just gone through a revamp, bought from Amazon for a good price (its got good feedback -(currently £159) see below:-

ECO-WORTHY 12V 100AH LiFePO4 Battery, 1280Wh Energy with Bluetooth & Low-Temp Cut off,Built-in 100A BMS

Also bought a very cheap portable Dokio 100 w solar panel for the odd off grid venture (£72) , and it works great.

Suppose it depends on whether the battery fits in the place you have it in your van?

We have those eco-worthy ones on our narrowboat, they are too tall to fit in the seat boxes, but i think they will fit on their sides …….  Check the dimensions
