Has anyone replaced the seals in a power steering rack? Is it an easy or difficult job?

There's a thread on Syncro a few years ago, but I'd just send it to a little specialist in the South West and have them do the job, easy it is not.

Thanks mate. I had a quote of £250 from one company and wondered if a DIY was possible.

KELLY BRAY STEERING is the company I was meaning - did one for me back in 2022. The company I used before in the West Midlands ceased trading during covid
I asked Baxter and he'd never found a long term repeatable reliable company hence not supplying them on exchange, apart from the problems of peeps not sending cores or cores being beyond repair
