Plastic breather pipe split

I have taken off my fuel expansion tanks. Both have screw holes in the top and one of the plastic pipes that connects to the Breather valve in the top is split.

Any idea where I can get some more of the plastic pipe. Also one of the plastic flutes on the end is also missing so need one of these too.
