T25 CS 1.6 injector removal

Post by Paul7502 »

Hi, got a starting problem and need to remove the injectors.
Its difficult to get in with a spanner.
I have measured the injectors and it seems to be about 30mm but I only have AF spanners around that size.

Can anyone tell me the exact size and what type of spanner is best for the job, open end, ring, ring with dogleg, special socket ect?
(I prefer to buy the correct one)

Any advice welcome before I do something stupid.

Heater plugs suspect so may need to remove them...any advice.
(I have run a thick wire direct to heater plug rail and got a spark)

Any advice before I start dismantling?

Thanks in advance ect.

Thanks for the replies.

Just bought an injector socket on eBay for £10 used once.

New ones on ebay are a bit cheaper than the link.

Difficult to measure with a tape measure.

Thanks again.
