Syncro AAZ turbo leaking oil

Hi folks,
Just had the van inspected for an oil leak on coming out of the turbo. Garage said that turbo is fine but it will leak because of the way AAZs are installed: the turbo is mounted too low for proper oil return. They said they are aware of an adaptor that is used to mout the turbo higher, but not sure where I could purchase one.

Are any of you familiar with this issue, and what alternatives are available for mounting the turbo higher up? I plan to install an oil cooler in the next month or so, hopefully I can get this leak issue addressed when the van goes back for this job.

I will collect the van tomorrow and can put van on a lift to take a few pictures if that would help.

The garage I used this time is called Michael Bruce Engineering in Potters Bar (Hertfordshire), they really know what they are doing in case anyone in the area needs a recommendation for classic car specialists.
