Solex Pict34-3 carb.
Can someone tell me how the vacuum valve on the fuel chamber works? It is connected through the air filter box. When I had the top off my carb and pressed the throttle, fuel comes up through the hole in the base of the carb. which is connected to the pump jet etc. should this be happening? Thanks to all.
