From recollection, I looked into this and I believe there are 'stretch' and 'non-stretch' bolts.
Mine were the latter.
I think the issue was lapse in concentration when torquing the big ends, I was probably called in for tea or saw something shiny..........

What manual Did you use to rebuild your DJ engine with eg Haynes or Bently as I woud like something more specific if possible showing lots of data and picture?
