Problem Contacting Brickwerks

Post by Piratepete »

Hi Guys
Brickwerks doesn't have a telephone line.
How long do they normally take to reply to email enquiries? Sent one two days ago.
Cheers!
Pete

I sent an email last night, I got a reply sent at 6.30 this morning. They've always been prompt in my experience.

Ok. Thanks. I'll try again, though it's definitely in my 'sent' box.
Cheers!

I've tried again and another week has gone by. No reply, and not in my junk box! I'll have to buy elsewhere.

This is what I asked:

1. Relay base 135937501A. Does it come complete with the electrical contact inserts?

2. Wheel nuts - I'm having difficulty identifying which to buy from your extensive range. I've been told to ask for wheel nuts for T25 alloy Carat wheels. Hope that means something to you.

3. Do you have the strap for the Exhaust Saddle T3 251 520 F ?

I'm not a fan of companies that don't have a telephone line. Five minutes on the phone is  superior way of communication compared with wretched emails, which in my case are not getting answered. If I'd been rude I'd understand the silence.

so looking at the website I would say
the relay base does not come with contacts, because it depends how you want to populate it and what gauge wire you use, I haven't looked through the contacts to see what is available
these are the usual choice of nut for the Carat wheel wheel nut, there are other choices 60' taper seat
the exhaust strap is available, should be listed in related items but isn't, link
