Will add photo of where it ends soon.
Do need info on what's what in battery bay though.

Have tidied up battery area, photo to follow as just dropped Flo off for welding of floor/sil.
Turns out last owner had green relay for leisure charge and black for fridge
As pointed out" inadequate split charger " so would like views on which split charger to get and where from.
Looked at kits but have most of parts already just need the split charger I believe.
All your comments welcome.
Ps mystery wire going into black box in engine bay?
Photo to follow.
Thanks in advance

As a minimum
https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/193120578771
although you would need thicker wires from the main battery to the relay and from the relay to the leisure battery
but I would fit
https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/373528014432
always best to have twice the capacity so it’s running well below its limits when it comes to switching contacts

Got bus back - so wire goes into black box (A).
Red goes on to connect to another red travelling past coil (B). Black not connected?
And green, on same path (B) connected to another red !
Weld repair has been done
Want to complete floor and build kitchen area but this wire is delaying that.
Your comments welcome

Where does the cab end of the wire end up?
I would just cut it and see stops working , or cut it and re route it out of the bottom of the battery box under the van and rejoin it ( properly and waterproofed) and get on with the interior …..

From what I can see, it over-shoots all the ignition items and heads towards the rear light cluster.
Split charge wire for a caravan perhaps??
Not sure if there is any significance in whether the wires are red or green.
Does not seem to be any obvious reasoning behind the differing colours.
I would have to follow both wires to their ends - both wires, and front to back.

Thank you both it turns out to be for the grey caravan charge.
Disconnected it now and will look for the end of other red wire tomorrow.
Cheers
