Hi guys,
I just fixed the metal ring under the wheel which works as a connection between the horn button and the rest of the circuit. I just soldered the gap as you can see from the pictures. I didn't try it yet but it should work.
The metal ring gets worn and at some point these gaps can come out.
It's funny because while I was driving and turning the wheel the horn would activate
Do you guys know of a better solution? I managed to find the part online but for 20-30 pounds! Crazy.

£20 for a working horn that doesn't beep all the time is worth it.

Re: Horn - metal ring under the wheel
Is £20 a crazy price ?? Ten minutes work problems fixed for another 25 years
Re: Horn - metal ring under the wheel
But it's just a piece of metal that weights 5 grams. Seems expensive.

Spark plugs are around £3 each but you don't go far without em.
I mean if you want a working horn that's gonna pass your MOT then £20 isn't a big deal at all.
By all means though if you can bodge it and it works then by all means, it is your van after all..
but personally it's worth doing right so it doesn't bite you in the a***.
