Replacement latch for sliding window

Post by mariner »

Looking to fit a more effective latch on my sliding window. The original broke and has been removed with a low grade replacement now in place. Anyone know of a particular latch or mod I could do to make it more secure and aesthetically pleasing! Cheers!

I’ve noticed that JK do one. I phoned them and they say it’s only for factory fitted windows. Has anyone fitted one from them and know if it can be adapted to fit non factory windows? Cheers.
