Help identifying hanging wire in wheel arch. 2.0 CU

Post by Banksy89 »

Hi,

I noticed this wire hanging in the front passenger side wheel arch. Could anyone help identify what it is/where it should be?

It’s a fuel tank / fuel tank expansion tank vent

Ahh thanks davidoft1, fuel expansion tank vent seems to fit, there’s a small tank above the lead. There seems to be a hole on top of the tank that it fits into loosely, doesn’t seem that secure though. Is that normal?

Yep looks like I’m missing the seal #13 on the pic.
