You can try conductive paint. There are some even in a pen style applicator
Or self adhesive copper foil

Its not as neat but you can bypass that small section by taking a piece of wire and attaching it to one of the circular nuts on the back of the cluster and joining it directly to the earth cable before the plug. If you put a bullet connector then you can still easily remove the cluster.
The pcb has an earth loop so as long as you get a Good earth along the right track on the pcb then you are fine.

I have had good results with conductive paint, ideally mask the area you want to paint well, so you can build up several layers over several days and keep the track from shorting with the adjacent ones
track 5 for the clock live is always the worst one as it is always powered and condensation gets in and corrodes the terminal against the track (bimetallic corrosion), then when the connector is removed the corroded copper delaminates from the plastic

I used a liquid paint with a 000 size brush, I think I got it off Ebay, not sure that pens were so readily available then

something like this https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Electrolube- ... Swi~Vc5qJG

Any photos of how it was done as my high pressure oil has corrosion on its ribbon. Was just going to bypass the connecter with a wire and resister soldered inline.
