Children’s cab cot bed?

Post by mike.g »

After many years away from T25’s, I’ve finally picked myself up a useable project which I intend to improve as I go.

However, the last time I had a van I remember that there was a cot/hammock for kids that went over the front 2 cab seats.
For some reason I can’t seem to find one listed anywhere? Am I looking in the wrong place?

Here you go..

You need to take out the seat headrests to fit it. And the self tapping screws that come with it will likely be useless , so take them to a hardware shop and get some harder ones to match. Other than that, they're awesome

Can I ask a silly question? I've just tried to get our headrests off to fit our bunk and can't get them off, is it just brute force or do we have different seats?

Thanks

Theres the irritating little spring clip on the seat collar, the headrest is still pretty snug though.

We got one of these for our daughter, who's slept in it from 3 months (in a pop up cot tied to it) until she was 6. Looks like they're still in business...

No fitting, just sits on the front doors. Bit fiddly to get in place (there's a knack to holding it in place whilst closing the door), but daughter sleeps well in it!

Hope that helps,
Ben.

Thank you all, the photos really help, as I didn't want to wrestle something out and find the headrest was damaged :)

The company I bought it from is sure it should fit so will try again now we're back home from a short trip away in the van
