LPG Tank and electrics

Hey all,

I picked up my 1985 westfalia 4 weeks ago, and we are off down the coast this weekend for a few nights. I am a beetle (1955 Oval) owner for 25 years, but new to the camper world.
What I need is volkswagen shows, so I can ask people about their vans and how they work.
Questions.
I have what looks like the original LPG tank under the van, which works my gas stove. is that all it works?

I have a battery in the engine bay, and a very complicated leisure battery system up front. I have flicked switches on the electromatic EBL 160 unit to power up the sink water pump, which works great. will this system also work the fridge and power sockets?

I have plug the van into the mains and got the fridge and power sockets working, which they do great.

Does anyone have basic how too instructions for the leisure battery system, and the LPG system as I am sure it does more.

I originally thought the fridge and cooker can be powered by the lpg tank, and the lesire battery could power  the fridge and power sockets. 

any advise?
