Started taking the vinyl wrap off but still unsure of the finish I'm looking for. Just wondering if anyone else has updated or re-covered their original units? How did you do it? Has it stood the test of time?

I did mine with some off cuts of cushioned flooring about four years ago. I originally did it with some fablon but it faded so quickly, this still looks fine.

I've had really old a drab looking units in mine. I purchased these faux tiles from home bargains. Not sure if its to everyone's taste; but its definitely given it some life!

I think I'm going to wind up painting them but I'm going to wait for the bodywork on the van to be done so that we can decide 100% on a colour and go from there!
