Soooo much easy posting to Facebook than here with the added bonus of receiving so many different opinions on what could/might/may be wrong with your van :rofl

As you can see, it's an example of more bling that nobody other than me can actually see - just like the underside of the van.
Why would the glass be anything other than half full?

Sorry - didn't quite catch that!

Seriously though being an old Rocker I love a deep exhaust note and abhor the whining gear sound of modern so called noise pollution compliant machinery be it bikes or four wheeler's. My hearing drops off at the higher frequencies so if I wear my hearing aids all I hear is clicking, hissing and whining of gears. I guess my best bet would be to fit a "sports" exhaust but then I would lose my amiable old boy camouflage persona which I have encouraged over the years to keep the fuz disinterested. By way that reminds me of the story about the two Beatnik girls chatting at a festival. :rofl Anyone remember it?

Regarding road noise whilst moving - very much so. I can't over emphasise how much of an improvement I've noticed. The floor, roof, under seats is really easy but trying to get loads in the doors is tricky. If you are going to door your doors, I would recommend spraying cavity wax in there first I'll explain in a minute. I sprayed dry lube on the hinge mechanism, it's now super quiet. I'd previously replaced door window seals and scrapers with Brickwerks components, my door cards were off for several weeks and I was amazed how much moisture still runs down the inside of the door whilst driving in the rain which reminds me, clean out the weep holes, especially after spraying cavity wax. The holes are unbelievably small and it wouldn't take much to block them.

Insulating was trickier as its best not to leave any gaps between sheets when sticking it down, I used Kiravan insulation and recommend it highly.
