horn and hand break light problem

hi everyone i have an electrical problem when turning the steering wheel the horn sounds and also the hand break switch light stays on.i have changed the switch on the hand break and it still stays on.anyone had something similar to this any ideas,cheers dave :ok

Is the brake fluid level OK? Warning light is for that as well.
