* UK T3 Syncro Register - Now Live *

Post by Simon Baxter »

How do.
Here it is.
Please remember I'm a mechanic and not a web developer!
I've done my best!
I think I have all the useful fields.
All it needs is a bit of content in there and for a few folk to use it to see if it's a win or a flop.

http://www.t3syncroregistry.org.uk/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Now Live - Ignore most of what's written below, I think all the snags are sorted now.

:)

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Feedback please.

Personally interested to find out who has the oldest syncro and the youngest, how many 16" syncro we have here as they are meant to be rare but we see loads through the workshop.

If a few folk could put some data in there, doesn't have to be accurate at the moment as it's just testing, just want to see what it's like with some data in there.

Once it's run for a few days I'll delete all the dross entries and run it for real.

Ta, busy weekend now, I'll try and get back to it ASAP.
I'll let a few bogus entries build up and export some data next week.

Yeah, I was thinking about that last night.
I still don't really know what those are about but the ones I've seen seem to be double cabs.
I don't think there are any other clues other than the assembled in Japan on the chassis plate, unless you know any different?

My guess is that they were shipped out part assembled or maybe local market trimmed/ optioned, then when the T4 was announced the notoriously faddy Japanese didnt want the old T3 anymore and they were all shipped to the UK as the obvious rhd outlet.

i have only seen a couple of theses Japanese syncros and interestingly one of them was a panel van it was ownwd by welsh dragon who painted it a metallic bronze/gold colour, it was a dj that had a chopped about loom, 16inch alloys and a fiberglass front bumper at the time i saw it must have been 4years ago.

Bob unpronounceable?
For the ones who have been here a while, anyone remember "Cate", fairly sure her white double cab was one.
