I'm pleased for you! I hope you get to enjoy it and it is all you hope it is!
Any immediate plans? Modifications, holidays etc...

Well first plan is to pick it up of course (next thurs). We're thinking of getting the interior up to scratch, recover seats etc and reline it and so on - its not bad as it is but we seek perfection. Then add a tow bar (for cycle rack and to pull our small trailer when we need it) and an awning. Not sure what else, mainly just need to get familiar with it. Prod some things, undo some things, make some mistakes and learn some things.
Just to say I think it is an Autohomes Komet like mine looking at the interior so original owners guides and stuff are available online to download. IT is a year older than mine and I would reckon will suffer from a few of the same problems. The high top to van join is an issue that I have!!! I suggest you also check the brake pipes very carefully as I uncovered some very near misses with rusted through pipes at the cross joiner behind the rear chassis member. I say this as it is a major safety concern. The rest looks OK just keep on top of the rust when It comes. PS the exhaust will look rusty but is very thick up until the single pipe and silencer so don't worry.
