Not really and its only 4amps. ALDI/LIDL sell them for £12 when they're in.

12v 10A. I have just installed a Numax "Connect and Forget". Great bit of kit. Has a cooling fan which is a bit noisy when initial charging but that soon shuts dow. Expect to pay around £55 - £60 for one.
