Quarter light seals

Quarter light seals
I'm starting work on my cab doors, all the seals need replacing but I'm going to start with the quarter light seals. They're non opening, is it a case of cutting the old ones out and replacing the old ones?

err its full glass out and strip to get at them , you can then cut blast ,dynamite whatever is your pleasure

Ah that's why the PO didn't replace them then, maybe I'll live with them for a bit!

its only an hour or so a side, srtuff sticks a bit and often the J seals perish and and and you sort of end up doing more than you £££ought
