Quarter light seals

I'm starting work on my cab doors, all the seals need replacing but I'm going to start with the quarter light seals. They're non opening, is it a case of cutting the old ones out and replacing the old ones?

err its full glass out and strip to get at them , you can then cut blast ,dynamite whatever is your pleasure

Ah that's why the PO didn't replace them then, maybe I'll live with them for a bit!

its only an hour or so a side, srtuff sticks a bit and often the J seals perish and and and you sort of end up doing more than you £££ought :lol:
