Anyone have experience of these wheel adaptors (Bulldog)?

Post by Jas1977 »

Hi,

As in the title really. Does anyone have any experience of using these adaptors?

Thanks

Thanks,

Yeah, have no doubts about them just wondered about the others as they are less than half the price. Could get those and a couple of tyres for the same price. I realise you get what you pay for but wondered if anyone had experience of these or similar ones as opposed to the brickwerks ones and if so what are the downsides.

For example - I see they aren't hubcentric on the Porsche side - is that a massive issue or just a bit more fiddly to line up the wheels etc etc?

Also they mention needing radius bolts for a T25 - what does that mean?

There's two types of bolts, conical and radius.

I've got a set on my van and seem to do the job of holding my Porsche alloys on just fine.

You'll have to get different bolts though. I used the existing van bolts/nuts to attach the spacers then bought 2nd hand bolts from t25direct. All went together well.

One thing to note though, there is no lip on the spacers so lining up the wheels to the holes is a bit of a pain...but no major issue.
