Reimo made loads of LHD furniture in the 'Jolly' format like these. They are still available in kit form thought you have to try and work with the supplier to get hold of them.

I meant RHD, sorry. I know the jolly series. But I searched for the roof, and this is not Polyroof. This roof is looks like the Reimo one, but the rear section is different on that.

Reimo did RHD too. I recently removed one from my van. Exactly the same as the LHD version.

And I wouldn't say it's a Polyroof either.
