Increasing oil leak

Post by coolrunnings »

I have always dropped a small amount of oil, however this is now increasing leaving a little pool each time. I attached a link to a photo I uploaded to brickyard, hope this works, as I this forum won't let me upload a picture. I am guessing this area leads into the bell housing and clutch. I have done an oil change and added Lucas stop leak to no avail.
Any ideas where this May be coming from, and is it an engine out job?

More than likely the flywheel oil seal if it's coming from that area. Engine out job for replacing it. Is there any end float in the engine, that can cause a leak, or if the seal has gone hard and sometimes a blocked breather pipe meaning pressure pushes past the seal.
