Front lower panel

Post by Taw Cottage »

Hi Guys

Need to replace the lower front panel on my WBX Westy in the not too distant future.

Initial search for suppliers of said panel has bought up 2 so far, VWHeritage @ £82.00 and JK's at £99.50.

My questions are:

Is there other suppliers out there, if so names please

And quality rather than price being the major factor, who supplies the best.

Steve

Schofields are decent for many panels. Got my lower front from them and seems ok to me! Jon.

Checked out Schofields...............WBX front panel in stock @ £170.00

The air cooled version with more metal, ie. no cut out for radiator cooling, is only £95.00

As for the other 2, VW Heritage out of stock, JK's in stock.

Any feedback on quality of these items would be great

just fitted one from schofileds, perfect panel and not 170, best give them a ring cos some of their pricing is wrong in a big way, have jk confirmed that they actually hold them in stock and are they vw part numbered or pattern if you follow
