Plastic bottle in nearside wheel arch?
I was just starting a repair to the passenger side seat belt mount as it was rotten, soon to discover so was most of that area, no surprise there. However, I found a plastic bottle under that arch, it has a single pipe into the top, and two out the bottom. Any ideas what its for? There doesn't seem to be anyway to fill it up?
Any thoughts folks?

There should be one on the other side as well, expansion bottles for fuel tank.

Upper rear, just underneath the seat belt mount.

open the passenger door and look towards the bottom of the b pillar, the whole is where the seatbelt mount would be.

Also the edge of the passenger seat would be visible if it were fitted

As shepster has said, they're expansion bottles for the fuel tank, but be wary moving the pipework about too much, as they end up in the top of the fuel tank, passing through rubber grommets that can perish, allowing fuel to leak out. There are also some plastic joiners that can get brittle and snap.
