Snowdonia group camping advice

Post by beccam »

Hi All,
I'm arranging to do the 3 Peaks Challenge with for a group from work in June. We have 30 people signed up so far, and need to find a decent campsite within fairly close proximity to the bottom of Snowdon (although we've not decided exactly which path we'll take yet). We only need to stay one night (a Saturday) at the end of June. We dont need much other than hot showers, and ideally a pub within walking distance to celebrate!! There are quite a few sites showing on Google but it is difficult to find reviews, or choose between them. Does anyone have any recommendations?
Many thanks in advance!

I remember staying in the camping and Caravan one at beddgelert.
