Granada Seats

Post by jpee »

Hi All.

I see a set of seats on preloved. The advert says they are granada seats, but have come from a T25 and just slide in. Would they fit a T25?

Cheers

Cheers MM.

Did you have to do much modification. If easy to fit, might just have a look in breakers for some rather than buying of preloved.

I really cant tell sorry ,
the front of the seat box has been cut away to allow for the mechanism and also the handpump for the lumbar support :rofl
they do look to fit down on the vw runners and are not mounted high up so as to cause head problems

No seats fit a T25 without modification/welding

unless it's a T25 seat

Hi Kev.

Yep. Realise other seats wont fit without Modifying. Just wondering how much modification was needed. Might go for the SAAB seats as they seem to be the easiest to modify.

You don't fancy caravelle seats?
very comfy and look fantastic.. even more when you get the headrest filled in
You'll get some right bargains at Busfest, then get them re covered.
Mine cost £120 and I got them professionally re upholstered (not re covered) for £280

Just fancied slightly comfier front seats. Have been given a price for re-upholstering both front seats and rear R&R at £350 (not including material) by a professional upholsterer I know. Thought that was a good price, front seats re sprung, padded and covered. Think that may be the way to go. Keep everything as original as possible.
