Which Size Wheels

Post by danreimo »

My Van is currently running on 17 inch 5 spoke alloys with a 225/55 size Tyre.
Personally I think they look to big. And as I am looking to have her lowered soon I think they will rub in the arches, unless you guys know better.

Question is if I go for a set of 15 inch rims what size Tyre should I go for, so that it doesn't affect the speedo reading. And also with a possible 50mm drop doesn't rub the arches.

Any ideas out there and what Have others done.

Here's a pic of my van with 15" Audi alloys and 195/65 tyres - I think they look too small, so maybe 16" would be perfect!

I've now gone back to standard and will be selling the alloys. :)

Dan...195/70,205/65 or 215/65 for 15" wheels depending on the width of the alloys?
There's no 'r' in bought!
