Re: Build thread
Loads of updates happening not many pics!!
As i dont have the van at the moment its hard for me to get pics although i was there this weekend to grab some
One side is nearly finished but waiting on rear trailing arm mounts to arrive from Germany.
Also been working covering the rest of the interior adn started on the curtains.

Re: Build thread
Thanks. Yeah the plan was to make fairly quick progress as ive got a week off work in September.
I suppose also someone else doing the welding you can only go at their speed but they are keen to finish.
My classic parts holding me up are the rear trailing arm mounts but the delivery is supposed to ship from classic parts to heritage tomorrow
Got the day off tomorrow to go vinly shopping to finisht he itnerior.
I think it helps seeing different vans come intlo heritage each day as you get to look round them and it keeps me inspired

Re: Build thread
nowt wrong with skinny welders, you can get into spaces easier, and at 21 hes loads of years ahead to get fully learnt.
theres a few folk doing the os sill at the moment ,(unfortunately im not one) have you got any further than the picky with it tacked to the rotten B post as this reconstruction would be usefull .
otherwise good work there to your man doing it, what you youself do at heritage
