Take your time on that prep. Its worth putting a few extra hours in rechecking for minor dings and anything that needs further investigation before you brighten your world with the new paint. Takes hours/days/weeks to prepare and minutes to paint. Take some before/after pics!

Yes I know - I have lost count of the hours I have spent prepping so far - spent at least 3 days just on 1 back quarter panel!
Want to get it right though before I paint and am fighting really hard with the temptation to slap some paint on...

Just a quick tip regarding brushes (hope it helps).
To apply a nice thin film of rustproofer/paint I use kids foam brushes you get in large packs in places like Hobbycraft to apply Vactan / Hydrate80. About an inch wide, relatively cheap so disposable after use. Got them as they're recommended in the roller-painting thread.
Should be very cheap from an arts supplier online?
