engine conversions

Hi recently brought a t25 panel van to covert after selling by much loved bay last year but i want to change the engine to give me a more power does anyone have any ideas or does and donts as i have been looking at subaru wrx engines or Ej22 :?:

After selling my much loved bay last year i bought a panel van t25. Ive put a subaru ej20 in mine and its bloody brill. Quite easy to do yourself and around 2k to do was rather cheap aswell i thort. If your thinking going down the scooby route have a look on rjes website and it give you some info on what to buy ect and he sell everything you possible need to do the job.
