Shipston thanks & VW curtains
Home and fed with a bus full of clobber. Result!
Well worth the mileage to see everyone again for the evening, great campfire atmos as ever. Particular thanks to:
David and Paul for hauling my loot over from Eire and down from Aidan's. Good men that you are
Patrick for towing me onto the site and a very fine pressed coffee this morning - my shout next time! We completely failed to speak at the campfire...
Nick and Jes for the workmanlike breakfast Ya pair of shed-draggers #
Si for the burger I didn't need but enjoyed; Glen for a good old Solihull chinwag. I so want to build that special now!
Off to walk the dogs for some more fresh air!

SoS thanks
It was great to meet up with a few of you on saturday and thanks to you all for making Fiona and myself feel so welcome. I was far too easily talked into a bit of mud plugging but TOTALLY loved it. Fi took her first drive in Helga up a very steep and slippery grassy hill and down (twice) but loved it too. Shame we had to leave early tho
Once again thanks to you all,
Neil (wearing his mud with pride )

Re: Syncronauts 2012 Shipston Spring Event
Don't know what was best. The off-road play, seeing Jes breeze most all he attempted on his first outing,
Or the catching up fireside.
Massive thanks for all the organisation and effort over the event.

Re: shipston
Cracking weekend.. nice to see new and old members..
Sticky, slippy, gloopy mud in places.. easy to get stuck wheel spinning in places that realy shouldnt be an issue.. especialy the AT shod Syncro's.. this was one weekend the MT's I have, really earned there keep.. I'm thinking of changing my name to "Toomanytows"...
Weather was ... er... different.. see the blue skies, dont think it was scorcheo.. it wasnt.. out of the wind it was very nice.. but in the open even in the sun, it was biting.. at 8am this morn to be passed a beer that was left out overnight, (not to drink) found it to be solid ice.. must have been a lot colder than we thought..
a few pics and vid coming, buty I think Glen will pop them up.. (The landy recovery vid is quite sweet... )
