Post by T25DUB »

Hi guys
Hope you are all well I really need your help wanting to fit a new set of alloys to my T25 Camper and have read many posts regarding sizeing ect but I just seem to be confusing myself more and more I'm looking at buying the following....

BORBET As 16x7.5j. 5x120 ET 20

Will these fit with adapters ect I know of some that the wheels stick out too far and the sliding door catches can anyone advise please help...

I have a feeling the ET is wrong but I'm confusing myself more and more

I believe ET25 is max you can down. I have steel wheels at ET25 and they clear sliding door and just sit inside arches. I fear ET20 will not and will make steering harder except if you're driving in a straight line. You'd need the exact opposite of spacers with those. You could fit an extended bracket for slider but to be honest I think those wheels are too far away from acceptable.

The simple answer is no!

The reason being that the 5X112 to 5X120 adaptors will be 20mm thick which then makes the offset zero and ET23 is the lowest to go on the front.

If it's definately Borbets you want then look for 5X112 versions.
There's no 'r' in bought!
