Hello, does anyone know where i find the paint code on my vw syncro doka?

Should be on the white sticker with the options codes etc on a left hand driver behind your left knee on the fresh air duct for the doors.

If it's the Escorial green one in your garage, then according to Baxter the code is T6A. See http://www.brick-yard.co.uk/VehicleSpec ... colour.htm. You may be missing the factory build paper sticker which includes paint and engine codes and other options, normally this is on the reinforcing member at the front of the passenger compartment. Nice colour BTW !

Thanks everyone for the help.... the white option sticker is missing that is why i could not find the colour code, but as mine is the escorial green one i now have the paint code as it is the same colour as syncro simons - i now have the paint code ...... :D

I'm interested in knowing how you can track info like this if sticker is missing/damaged/worn. Is the one in the service schedule book the same? What if there is no service book or bulk head sticker. Anywhere else to look for info? :D
